Family Portrait [3:44]  [lyrics]
The important, and useful, thing with a song such as this, is to ask God how this is true of you, not how it is true of others. I have, and God has answered me.

So You Wanna Have Sex [4:50]  [lyrics]
This song is an answer to those who teach that Satan has better pleasure to offer than God, or who suggest that being a fully functional sexual human being is somehow incompatable with being a follower of Jesus. There is pleasure for ever in a right relationship with God, because God made us, and remakes us to enjoy pleasure, not to be driven by fear into an addiction to it. Satan wishes to destroy pleasure for us, because he hates us,and God. His idea of pleasure is the shame-ridden, grasping at the shadows of pleasure, missing the real pleasure all-together. God invented the spledid satisfaction of two complimentary souls celebrating oneness with each other.

The Walk [4:52]  [lyrics]
This is a song about the walk of faith. Trusting God is not a commonplace way of life. Trusting in oneself is common, and leads to emotional issues with authority such as co-dependence with authority (which is a fancy way of saying you find yourself in a personality cult). Trust in God empowers the individual, enfranchises the individual. Self-dependence wrecks it, and this becomes clear at the least pleasant moments.

My Objectionable Songs

These songs may be objectionable because of my use of expletives, or sensitive topics. My desire is not to gratuitously indulge in controversy. I truly sensed God giving me these songs to preach good news of Jesus to others.

If I have offended you, I really am sorry. It pains me to know that some of you will feel hurt by some of my words.

I may, or may not be correct in believing God gave me these lyrics. I can mistake such things like anyone else. If you think I am harming the cause of the Gospel of Jesus please pray that God convict me of this so I can change what He wants changed.
